Description
Need a trim carpenter to hang doors and baseboard and window trim. may have other work also, must know what they are doing. This is old house just updating a hallway and painting.
1. Must know how to do replace or repair a jamb.
2. Be able to do trim painting.
3. Have their own tools.
4. Show up when they say there are going to.
5. Drywall repair sanding.
6. Not be allergic to dogs
7. Paint and install railing, already built.
8. Periodically use post to raise jack post on beam.
If this works out, I may have ongoing work, you are able to make your own schedule.
