Tailored Living featuring Premier Garage   has immediate openings for associate Installers and Installer team members to install Epoxy Floor Coatings, Closet Systems, Cabinet assembly and Carpentry. Work for a rapidly growing national company specializing in garage cabinetry, organizational systems, and decorative epoxy concrete floor coatings. The position is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, with service areas of Fond du Lac, Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Omro, Little Chute, Plymouth, Sheboygan, etc.  Pay commensurate with experience Training is provided. Employment type:  Full-time  We are hiring installers to do epoxy flooring, and garage cabinet, closet, office, and other organizational system installs. We will train but you must have basic skill and experience with hand and power tools and equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings. · Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently. · Assist in loading and unloading the truck at the Distribution Center · Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes. · Use hand grinders and walk-behind floor grinders to prep floors for epoxy coatings · Mix and apply Epoxy Floor coatings  · Provide a high level of customer service  · Install materials safely and always maintain safety standards.  · Clean (wipe & vacuum) job site. Touch-up of materials and identify defects.  · Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and maintaining company provided vehicles in a safe manner. · Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by installer and/or supervisor.  Qualifications: Epoxy flooring, cabinet installation and assembly, or carpentry skills highly desirable. At least 2 years’ experience desired. We will consider less experience for the right candidate. There will be a working interview to assess skill set. · Must have and maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record  · High School diploma or GED  · Experience with common hand and power tools  · Trade or vocational school experience desirable  · Understand how to work with and around different obstacles in the process of installing.  · Must have ability to read, understand and check plans.  · Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills  · Able to provide high level of customer service Requirements · Must adhere to Safety standards · Willingness to learn and be coached and trained · Must adhere to attendance requirements and report to work on time as scheduled  · Able to work individually and in teams· Meet the physical demands of the position.
