Welcome to 2022, We are a landscape and property maintenance contracting company. I am currently seeking folks who would like to sell for us based on a commission pay out. I target mostly commercial, industrial and heavy residential ie HOAs Apartments etc. We are getting bigger by the season and I am having trouble finding the time to keep generating new leads or even following up on new leads. My main base which includes local management companies have me pretty stacked but my company can take on more work. We are very diversified when it comes to services and as a team and would like to recruit new talent. This is really a position for someone who doesn't need to be at the shop at 7am, you make your own schedule, create your own portfolio and make money from it. I am looking for multi year contracts but will take on any work. Also, we're always recruiting talented an safety oriented individuals to join our operations. Driver license and reliable transportation a must and preferably people who carry themselves decently. No drugs or alcohol at work and we are an EOE. Pays starts 16/hr but if you prove yourself quickly we can get you to 20/hr and a lot of our work is scaled pay based on type of job. Tree work pays more, winter work pays more, aerial work pays more...etc. Sitting in a truck or standing around watching others doesnt, lol.
