Craven's Home Services, LLC is looking for a FULL-TIME motivated and passionate, reliable individual who is open to a variety of skilled and non-skilled work. In the summer time, work involves the weekly lawncare maintenance of many lawns, working amongst 2-3 independent crews. Lawn mowing with Exmark zero-turn riders and walk-behinds, weed trimming, hedge trimming are regular activities. Additional landscape work is ongoing, involving driveway resurfacing, drainage, and other miscellaneous property- related maintenance. Some handy work is involved, and experience in general trades will be helpful in maintaining properties. Experience with shop equipment maintenance is preferable, as this is a component of the job as well. Winter work involves snow removal and other property maintenance, including shoveling, plowing, loader work, sanding, salting, and taking care of annual shop needs. Cleaning services are also offered and flexible shifts available. Winter renovations are also an upcoming plan. We strive to be a better place to work. We offer accrued PTO and competitive wages.
