Description
Established acoustic guitarist/harp player with solo gigs seeking Bass player to form Duo who does not rely on a drummer to play gigs. I use a drum machine, iPad Beats, or my own timing to perform my solo act, but I know Bass would bring it to the next level. I'm not looking for beginners, please have plenty of stage experience, thanks. I know it's hard to find a Bass player who can sing, but you only need to do occasional backups, as I lead sing most of the time and there may be times where you just play bass and I play harmonica jams to some beats, that would be cool.Yes I can play guitar and harmonica together using the neck brace and it is not folk music. Please be located within 25-30 miles of Farmington, NH. If you have a practice space where I can bring gear and work on material with you, that would be ideal as I have small living quarters and zero practice space. I am playing out maybe once a month, but want to do more, I'm in my 50's and have been playing for a long time. Age doesn't matter, but influences do, so hopefully you like some of my set list. I have recording gear, PA systems and a few gigs already. Here are some of the songs I play: I Won’t Back Down- Tom Petty Before You Accuse Me - E. Clapton Have You Ever Seen the Rain- CCR Rockin in the Free World - Neil Up on Cripple Creek-The Band Dear Mr. Fantasy- Steve Winwood Shooting Star- Bad Co Tequilla Sunrise- Eagles Love Her Madly- The Doors Comfortably Numb-P. Floyd -------------------- In addition, I perform several blues songs, originals and a few 90's tunes for younger crowds. I'm open to playing more danceable stuff as well, such as R&B tunes, I do play some electric, mostly acoustic and vocals though. I like variety of music and I'm not locked into just one style. I don't play for fun only, this is a side income so if you never want to play out, this is not your gig. I have videos on my website as well:www.BobbyFreedom.com Contact Bobby via email and we will get on the phone after, thanks
