Come browse thousands of items priced 25 cents to $1 with no sales tax on your purchase! The sale will take place at the Payne County Fairgrounds/Expo Center. The Friends of the Library require that all shoppers, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask at the sale. MEMBERS ONLY PREVIEW: Thursday, March 17, 5 - 8 p.m. - $10 at the door except for lifetime & 2022 paid Friends of the Library members. Buyers at the preview sale are limited to 100 items, including 50 children's books. OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC: Friday, March 18, 12-8 pm Saturday, March 19, 10 am - 5 pm $1 BAG SALE Sunday, March 20, 1:30-4 pm - Bags are provided and there is no limit to the number of bags available for purchase. Prices Thursday - Saturday: - Hardbacks $1.00 - Paperbacks, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs and cassettes $.50 - Children's books $.25 - No sales tax on your purchases! Note: The Friends of the Library accept cash or checks on (made payable to FOL). No credit or debit cards are accepted. Rules of Conduct: Please note that all book sale attendees should be respectful of others. No pushing, shoving, taking books from others, etc. Anyone not conducting themselves accordingly will be asked to leave the sale.
