Bathroom Repair - Walls and baseboard

Paint is chipping and plaster is falling from various areas in the bathroom, wood looks damaged as well, please see attached photos. I believe this is due to no ventilation in the bathroom. Looking for a licensed and insured contractor to not only fix the areas in the photo, but put in a vent fan or whatever is needed to prevent this issue in the future.
