Where does idaho, Oregon and Alaska get their gas?

If you live in Washington and work in Idaho, you pay income tax. Non refundable! But if you live in Idaho. Washington refines your gas and pays for the roads so you can come and get it. Oregon and Alaska get the deal also. But in Texas and Florida, they charge their neighbor states a fair tax to help refine the fuel and maintain the road to transport it. I’m tired of idaho using our refineries without compensation. And hospitals also.
