Experience helpful, but will train the right people. If you have attention to detail, and a steady hand and are willing to learn the tricks of the trade, we would love for you to come in a see if you'd be a good fit. Family owned, fast pace, laid back atmosphere, making various signs big and small. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods, if you go out with someone to help install, must be able to climb a ladder and not afraid of heights. Compensation can be discussed during interview, but is based on experience, with potential for increase.
