This is a pristine practice space on Beltway 8 and Hammerly. No-smoking facility. Secure and 24/7 monitoring. prefer pro bands, recording engineers or Music teachers. We are a group of professionals doing music as a hobby and willing to share our room with another like minded band or musicians to split the rent. We will not tolerate any profanities, drugs, smoking or using the room as a living space.
