Need help with water heater

I have a water heater that's leaking. I have it drained and ready to move out. The water heater is in the attic. We'll have to go up down stairs in the house to remove it. Then, I need you to go with me to Home Depot to get the new water heater. (The one that's leaking has a free replacement warranty.) Then, I need you to help me carry the new one back upstairs and into the attic. You are probably looking at 70-90 minutes. I have a truck for taking the old one and bringing back the new one. I just need someone with muscle to help me. I'll pay $75 for the help, or $150 if you want to bring a friend. (I'm pretty strong for a guy who is 65, but I realize I am 65).
