Landscape Construction Team - Install plant material -Work with stone and concrete -Operate a variety of machinery -Other general hardscape/softscape tasks -Some moderate to heavy lifting may be required -Assist the Pool Builder -Other tasks as assigned Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour *Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications Pool Builder (Landscape Construction Team Member) -Form pool walls -Pour footers -Screed / float concrete pool bottoms -Install plumbing -Assist with concrete -Grade work -Set elevation and dig with mini excavator and/or skid steer -Tie rebar at proper spacing and overlap -Tile setting and masonry -Read scaled plans -Knowledge of pools, pool plumbing and operating systems -Assist the installation crew on various tasks - Other tasks as assigned Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour “Pool Builder Position Only” *Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Reliable transportation • Attention to detail and constant alertness are necessary • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude • Ability to work in adverse weather • Maintain a safe work environment • Must be able to lift 75 pounds • Experience preferred but will train the right person for Maintenance Team Member BENEFITS: • Health/Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401k • Employee Referral Bonus • Job Type: Full-time
