AW Crews, LLC - Regional Property Preservationist We're currently hiring Independent Contractors to help us maintain properties. This is a maintenance position. You must have your own transportation to perform duties P/T with a bi-weekly work & pay schedule. Contractor will be responsible to clean common areas of multi-unit building. Broom Sweep and Mop. Clean windows and remove debris. AW Crews Repair assignments may also be offered to qualified contractors with pay according to specific assignment.
