Found, two small dogs, brown & white

I found two small dogs wandering our neighborhood this morning, around 24th and Trade. One has a collar but neither have tags; one is fluffy, white with black spots, long hair, maybe a shitzu mix? The other is light brown wiry fur, some kind of small terrier mix. They both seem friendly, one has a pretty rough skin condition.
