I am seeking subcontractors for all phases of building: Framing, roofing, flooring, sheetrock, insulation, painting, plumbing, electrical, cement, HVAC, etc, etc. This job has plans prepared and submitted for approval. If you would like to participate, please contact me with your credentials and I will send my plans and a task list you can bid on. The sources I will be checking are LNI and the local courts for commercial cases.
