We are a Homeowners Association in San Diego in search of a maintenance / janitorial worker Position would be at one site only to join the maintenance team Person needed who can / knows: - Power wash, parking, building - stripe and stencil a parking lot - Drywall, tapping, drywall patch - Paint interior and exterior - Knows how to caulk interior and exterior - Change out interior and exterior building lights / fixtures - Electrical knowledge, change out GFCI - Cement work - Stucco repair and patching WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JACK OF ALL TRADES!
