If you want to learn Boxing or Muay Thai kickboxing I am an expert and former 3 time champion with experience in 2 Styles of Muay Thai, Boxing and Full Contact Karate. My expertise is in teaching students the finer points of technique. From flexibility to total body conditioning to proper fighter form. If you want to just get into shape while learning a valuable self defense skill I can help with that too. Over the years I have refined my teaching and training methods figuring what works best and how to get the most out of your training. I train in parks, peoples home gyms and use LA Fitness for doing weights and all the other body toning exercises and heavy bag work too.
