As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, the following streets will experience intermittent daytime single-lane closures:
University Avenue from Russell Street to McKinley AvenuePark Avenue from Russell Street to James StreetChurch Street from Russell Street to James StreetRussell Street from Church Street to Hill StreetEdwin Street from Church Street to Washington StreetJames Street from Church Street to Harriet StreetFlora Drive from Flora Court to Elmwood StreetA minimum of one lane of thru traffic will be open at all times. Work will begin on Monday, December 16, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, December 20, 2019.
