In our recently updated facility, we will continue to strive to be the absolute best at what we do! *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Cleans and maintains kitchen dish machine in a sanitary manner. Thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment including pots, pans, utensils, storage containers, etc. (not guest dishes, glasses, or flatware) and returning equipment to proper storage areas. Safely puts away deliveries and maintains storage areas using proper rotation procedures. Cleans surfaces, tabletops, walls, floors as requested and assists with cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen. Emphasis on food safety, product rotation, and safe work habits. Maintains and refills hand sink areas. Understands use and hazards of all applicable chemicals. Breaks down boxes for the dumpster and takes out trash.
