Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining company benefit portal and enrolling employees in health and other benefits
- Facilitating and recording benefit changes due to qualifying life events
- Removing termed employees from health benefits and assisting with COBRA resources
- Managing and auditing payroll deductions for all benefits
- Coordinating annual open enrollment Interacting directly with HR department and with employees to help resolve health and other benefit issues
- Working with insurance brokers and other benefit service providers
- Auditing benefit information and communications with employees, Implementing new benefit portals and/or procedures, manage employer paperwork for various claims.
- Managing HSA and FSA benefit programs
- Assisting and overseeing payroll supervisor to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and timely, and that necessary payroll changes are made in ADP for additions, deletions, and replacements
- Processing 401K plan contributions, loans, additions and changes, and communications with employees
- Enter all new employees with proper codes for workman s comp accruals, local and state tax codes, and benefit contributions when effective
- Oversee garnishment utilizing Expertpay
- Create and manage W2 tax reporting, Calculate health code values for W2, Review ACA reporting and year end ADP reports
