We are looking for experienced laborers and foreman for the 2022 landscaping season. We are a small family business in dover pa that is very big in detail and family mentality and a friendly work environment. We offer good pay based on experience, pay based incentives throughout the year as bonuses. We cover everything from mulching, planting, lawn installation, lawn repair, tree removal, brush clearing,weeding, trimming, stump grinding. Experience for a laborer position is encouraged but not required. I am personally willing to teach someone a trade and keep them long term in a company with huge room for potential with the right people.
