I bought a mini schnauzer off craigslist from a heavyset Hispanic guy with “vet recording” in a booklet in Spanish. The dog is sick with parvo and giardia in the hospital. This guy drives a 2018ish Toyota RAV4 gray colored and will meet you in a public place and be subtly shady. He used a local number for the ad and an El Paso number for zelle. Please let me know if you bought a puppy from him or have any more info. This is likely a puppy mill ring based out of Juarez, MX using fraudulent vaccine paperwork.
