Full-time Porter/Super for apartment building in Newark. Responsibilities include cleaning building, cleaning grounds, garbage and basic maintenance. Must have excellent cleaning skills including stripping and waxing floors, stainless steel polishing, sweeping, mopping, and more. Must have experience with garbage compactor and must be able to lift heavy objects. Positive attitude and pride in keeping the building clean are mandatory. This is not a supervisory position and you will be working on your own and filling out some paperwork. Good Salary plus FREE APARTMENT & utilities.
