Seeking an experienced carpenter to build (2) 10’ sets of exterior stairs. One in the front and one in the backyard. 1) We are looking for Labor cost only, we supply all material. Either pressure treated wood or trex. 2) House is located in Temple Terrace 3) We pay at milestone completion 4) Must have your own tools, transportation, be reliable and have integrity. We are investors, looking to pay investor pricing. We can keep you busy if you do high quality work.
