Seeking a Professional Painter. We need the 2nd story 2 gable shingles, 2 wood doors, 6 dormers, all trim including window trim - all will need to be caulked and painted. The blue does not need to be painted unless you see a reason to. This is considered Project 1. More to projects to follow. We pay at project completion. The specific scope can be sent via google doc including photos. After which you’ve reviewed, we can do a quick video to discuss your questions. From there if we agree on a ballpark price you can come out for final /quoting. Please message: 1. What is your experience with painting exterior? 2. Confirm you have reliable transportation, your own tools for this job (I.e. sprayer, extension rollers, ladder, etc. We’re investors/realtor. We pay investor pricing.
