Now Hiring! Apartment Maintenance Techs! We are looking to hire maintenance techs for properties in Sanford and Winter Springs, FL! Position duties include, but are not limited too: Paint, texture, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, subfloor repair, PTAC experience and HVAC certified a plus!! Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. On call is a requirement of this position. Our company offers 15 paid holidays per year. 2 weeks vacation, sick time and one personal day per year.
