behaviors) • Must be able to read and scale plans and shop drawings • Must be able to calculate material needed for procurement. • Must have impeccable communication skills • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, work well under • pressure and care about the safety of others Must be able to plan and meet deadlines Desired Competencies and Qualifications (experiences, training, etc. is a plus but not required) • Desire to learn and is looking to grow within the company • Dress presentable, • Care about the safety of others • Show initiative Resourceful - Must have a clean drivers license and transportation
