We will be learning various topics on how to practice: -Situational awareness, personal defense maneuvers We will be learning various topics on how to practice: -Situational awareness, personal defense maneuvers, and other topics to help you stay safe. This class will be focused on educating yourself on basic self-defense techniques as well as everything you need to know to recognize and assess a dangerous situation before it happens. I love presenting in an interactive style and will allow for you to practice some of the techniques that are being taught. Don't worry though, I won't have you rolling around on the floor! We will also have group discussions and have a great time getting to know each other as well. *Appropriate for ages 15 and up*
