Join us in Breckenridge, CO for a fun-filled few days exploring the Tenmile Range. Friends, we are as excited as ever to announce the 8th annual Land Cruiser Destination Club event in Breckenridge, CO. Best known as one of the West’s premier winter sports and adventure destinations, Breckenridge has as much, or even more, to offer in the summer. We previously held an LCDC event there in 2017 and it was a blast. We’re excited to return. Event Details The event will formally begin the evening of Monday, July 25th, with a celebratory welcome event and conclude the evening of Thursday, July 28th. We decided to try out a mid-week event this year to make it easier to join as a one-week trip for folks coming from further away. We also expect the trails to be a bit quieter. Registration will open in one week on 2/27/22. More details will be sent via email ahead of registration. In the meantime, we want to share the following information: Event Capacity. We will likely limit capacity to 50 vehicles for this event. You may notice that this is fewer vehicles than the past couple years, but we have to make some tough decisions around attendance in order to explore different destinations from year-to-year, which is important to the spirit of the event. We’ll describe more about how registration will work in the next email. We will offer an opportunity to join a waitlist if we reach capacity.Fees. This year's event is free for registration. However, we will be accepting donations to cover the event costs and to raise funds for Tread Lightly!Accommodations. The event will be based out of Breckenridge and we highly recommend staying in or camping around Breckenridge proper or Frisco. There’s a wide variety of hotels, campgrounds, and vacation rentals.
