fix a vintage range? Pay or trade or both

I have a sweet old GE electric range, probably 1960's, have needed to buy two new burners and one of the new ones lasted about a month and then kind of melted, no idea why. That happened at least a year ago, I've since bought another new one but need someone who knows how to open the top of the range (without harming it's beauty) to install it, at least that is what I've been told. I honestly don't recall the top being opened when the first replacement was put on, in any case I need a person who knows what they're doing and we'll be all set! I could be looking for a general handyperson as well for other fixes around here, but the stove is first up. I'd like to barter or do half pay half barter, I'm an acupuncturist, LMT, mostly do acupuncture tho, herbs etc, or sometimes can massage smaller ppl, not much for full body massages anymore or at least not on robust physiques due to injuries I've had etc. Be a non smoker of tobacco please, and thank you!
