Drilling / Earth Boring company seeking a full time Drill Hand. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated and who wants to become a valuable member of our team. Experience in drilling, excavation, pole building construction or fence construction is a plus but not necessary. Advancement opportunity available. Paid, on-the-job training. Responsibilities: • Ability to work around heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Ability to read basic instructions, blueprints, and job plans. • Complete basic paperwork and reports. • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by your driller. • Lifting and carrying of heavy materials (up to 50+lbs). • Perform normal basic maintenance of drilling equipment. Requirements: • Valid drivers license with good record. • Provide own transportation to shop or jobsite each day. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Ability to comprehend and retain spoken task instructions. • Ability to work full time M-F.
