Spiritual Protection and Guided Meditation Techniques and Workshop to Protect Auric Field This workshop is intended to provide you with the tools necessary to protect yourself from any negative energy. As an empath, highly sensitive person, or if you are spiritual in nature - it is important to cleanse any negative / dark energies that may be attached to your auric field. Not only do negative energies impact your spiritual health, but mental and physical. Adding spiritual protection to your toolbelt can help offset energy that is not yours to take on and boost your own energy all together. To help invite this sacred protection, we will be using visual, auditory, and kinesthetic techniques through meditation. (Two guided meditations will be included during this workshop). Sage / smudging will be covered as well to further dispel negative energy. Sage has been used for centuries and has been widely viewed as a powerful cleansing tool. Once you are able to learn these techniques and implement into your routine, you will see a difference in how you feel and how those around you feel as well.
