We Believe in Slow and Steady, “It’s better to do a little bit everyday - then a whole bunch in one day”. Quality not Quantity.We have been in CDA for 30+ years and in the same locations for 15 yrs. Here’s is your opportunity to learn Karate, in a safe controlled environment. Self Defense against pugilism, ballistic and non ballistic weapons. Traditional stances and forms, Parter practice, Heavy bags, and overall conditioning the body and Mind.
