Valid Driver’s License (Not afraid to drive 15ft-26ft box trucks) No Face Tattoos. Lift heavy furniture up and down elevators, first floors, second floors, third floors, and sometimes 4 floors of stairs. Focused, safe, speedy, and deliberate. Ensure the safety of customer’s furniture and belongings by padding and wrapping. Always be carrying something with a purpose. Stack furniture safely on top of each other in trucks, elevators, or storage units. Safely stack and pack furniture with blanket pads. Wrap all wooden/glass/mirrors with pads & shrink wrap before it gets on the truck. Safely dolly boxes up and down stairs. Be accountable for tools, shrink wrap, furniture pads. What you use must always be retrieved back. We Do Not Tolerate: Being Late Losing furniture pads. Losing tools or leaving tools behind. Losing customer’s bedframe screws. Moving slowly. Talking too much is never a good sign when you are being paid to move customers furniture in a fast and safe manner. Being rude to customers is an automatic termination.
