I’m licensed through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation and graduated from California State University in Long Beach with my Bachelor of Arts in Recreational Therapy. I use a holistic approach to administer therapy, using coaching methods along with my expertise in recreational therapy. My goal is to help inspire you as a person by teaching you coping methods and building you up from the abuse and trauma this world has caused you.
