Yoga will be led by Elizabeth Miller and her teaching style is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced! It will take place in the beer room before doors open.
Bring a yoga mat! Optionally you may bring yoga blocks to assist in posture modification and a blanket for the crystal signing bowl Savasana.
Ticket price must be purchased prior to event and ticket includes a beer of your choice on tap.
