Miss Texas North America and Miss Texas US International Double Pageant. April 22-23, 2022. Texas Beauty With a Purpose and Platinum Productions is hosting the 2022 Miss Texas North America and Miss Texas USI Double Pageant on April 22-23, 2022. There are 5 divisions in the North America pageant. Jr. Miss: Contestant ages are 12-14. Teen: Delegate must not be married or have been married or given birth, Delegates ages 15-19. Miss: Delegate can be married, single, divorced or widowed, with or without children, Ages 20-29. Ms.: Delegate 30-49 years of age before the first date of the Pageant. Delegate can be married, single, divorced or widowed, with or without children. Elite: Delegates are 50 + years of age. Delegate can be married, single, divorced or widowed, with or without children. Miss Texas North America Pageant Areas of competition include: ​Preliminary competition will consist of four equally weighted categories Swimsuit/Fitness wear (25%) (Junior Miss Contestants compete in Fashion Wear instead of Fitness wear), Interview (25%), Onstage Presence (25%) and Evening Gown (25%) the highest composite scores will determine the finalists. Miss Texas US International contestants must be a naturally born, genetic female. Between the ages of 18 and 28 as of November 30th of the competition year. Delegates may be 16 at the Miss U.S. International pageant provided they reach 18 prior to the first date of the international competition and cannot turn 29 before the final gala of the International pageant the titleholder is selected for. AREAS OF COMPETITION The Miss U.S. International Pageant™ is a traditional beauty pageant for women of the United States who are between the ages of 18-29. Areas of competition include: ​Preliminary competition will consist of two equally weighted categories Swimsuit (50%)and Evening Gown (50%) the highest composite scores will determine the finalists. The final competition will consist of interview (10%), Swimsuit (45%) and Evening Gown (45%). SWIMSUIT: Miss U.S. International Texas must exemplify a lifestyle of good physical, emotional and intellectual health. Winner should be physically fit, with good muscle tone and body proportion.
