BLACK LAB ON HWY 99 Sunday- a black lab ran "lost" around Hwy 99 & 207th Lynnwood..he was caught and is safe. "Barack"...Sorry I was so slow in returning (when you're 70 you'll understand!!). Let me know what happened!
