MILFORD, CT — A 25-year-old Trumbull man, who Milford police charged with first-degree sexual assault, reportedly apologized to the victim via text message, the Trumbull Times wrote. In addition to the rape charge, Daniel Marazita also was charged with third-degree assault in connection with the alleged incident with a Milford victim. The incident occurred in June of last year, and in the arrest warrant, detectives said they obtained the victim's cell phone which contained the text exchange.
