Rehoming large breed puppy

Description

I'm so sad to type this but we need to rehome our labradoodle-belgain malinois mix puppy. She is 8 months old and 40+ lbs. She is not spayed yet or microchipped. I do have 1 vet record from when she was a puppy but that is all. She is NOT for everyone. She is NOT a family dog. She needs lots of training and experience and a large fenced in yard. We have two kids 5 and 6 and she is too unpredictable in my opinion. She cannot be left alone with them. She will nip at their hands and play too rough. She has never really bitten down hard or broke skin but I'm scared that she will. She nips at my hand when I walk away from her or chain her up outside (we don't have a fence but she needs one desperately) She knocks anyone and anything over. She barks aggressive towards other dogs, so much so that I am too scared to take her to a dog park. She is A LOT to handle. I am rehoming her on the terms that whoever chooses her knows there will have to be extensive training involved. I just don't have the money to put into that right now. I have a friend who is a professional dog trainer I am happy to recommend. She really is a sweet dog 90% of the time she just needs lots of training and a yard etc. Things I cannot give her right now as a puppy that she needs asap. She listens well as far as sitting, staying. She is good in the crate for 4-5 hours no issue and then she needs to be taken out. She sleeps in her crate at the moment and does well with that no barking/howling etc. We have left her out and she would usually pee one time before we woke up in the morning so we have been crating her to minimize that. Please text me with any questions and let me know if you're interested or know someone who is interested. Thanks so much. *rehoming fee applies*
