Your Arlington Last Updated: 26 February 2022 Written by BostonGlobe.com UPDATED Feb. 26: Arlington resident Beth Callahan lies in a coma in a San Juan hospital after she fell and hit her head while hiking on vacation. Dealing with the ill and then coming home to help raise 8-year-old twin boys became too much. At 42, she quit in January. Soon after, she and family flew to Puerto Rico, seeking relief. But, as BostonGlobe.com reported, Callahan now lies intubated in an ICU after she slipped atop a cliff during an excursion on the island.
