Looking for video evidence of vehicle chasing pedestrian

Around 730pm on 02/19/2022, last Saturday, a offduty police officer was running down a pedestrian on the 250 block of Carmel Avenue (between First Baptist church and Aki fresh Mexican restaurant), marina ca. If anyone was a witness to the vehicle making u-turns and driving aggressively up and down the street, or has any video surveillance (ring), please email below as this could show police violence while offduty.
