Detailed Cleaner Needed!

Currently looking to hire a detail oriented cleaner, not just a surface wiper. You will be responsible for managing your work assigned for the week and any add on jobs that may come up. We work in all the Tricounty area. You will be responsible for cleaning unoccupied homes, prepping for the next tenant; make it look like you would want it to look if you were moving in. Some weeks are less stressful, and some weeks can be full throttle. Some houses will be really hard/dirty and some will be really simple. Currently it's the slower season, but things will pick up and get very busy. You will need to provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation. I do not pay per hour, but per house; typically it averages to be about $30 an hour (if you need an idea). Please send me your name, email and phone number where I can reach you!
