You must have the experience to do skillfully most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, Housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance to the monogamous couple, etc. The nice apartment is just for the 1 person hired - and would be at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 30 hours every week. Any work hours beyond those initial 30 hours weekly would be paid at $15 hourly. Requires professional appearance, Nonsmoker, references, background check / drug screen. Requires person have the real skills to perform the work duties in Exchange for the mostly furnished luxury apartment. This is only for a long term arrangement and is located in Orlando, Florida.
