Two Free Male Bettas

We have two free male bettas that we would like to rehome to someone who has experience in treating fish that are ill. They were both purchased in May of 2021. The blue one was doing fantastic and growing bigger and prettier each month. Both were living in a 1 gallon tank with a floating plant and a snail. In December, the snail in the blue bettas tank died and we replaced him with the same kind of snail. We took the snail out about a week ago, wondering if he might be making the fish sick. The blue one is no longer very active and doesn’t eat much at all. Today we noticed a couple specks on his body, that can be seen in the photo. The white one seems to go through phases of being healthy and then getting sick again. We have treated him in the past with Hikari Betta Revive and he did well. We have a lot going on currently and just have the time to treat these two guys and aren’t sure even what they have.
