Advice Needed

Description

What does it mean if a man acts like he loves you but says he doesn’t? I’ve been going through a lot lately thanks to him, all the trauma I endure doesn’t get dealt with properly I just try to forget it happened even though everything keeps replaying in my mind. This isn’t healthy I feel like I am going to explode. Any advice on what to do would be nice. I don’t have people to talk to about my problems and I sadly can’t afford a therapist
