Young cat and kitten rehoming

2 cats are looking for a home (due to no fault of their own). First is a 9 month old ginger cat. He's shy at first but the sweetest boy. He was a rescue from outside Gets along well with other cats as well as dogs and children. Has rabies, distemper, etc. Unfortunately we're moving and can't take him with. Second is a black and white girl approximately 2.5 don't have a specific DOB. She has CH (cerebral hypoplasia) aka wobbly car syndrome, a mild form. She is a great lap cat, loves to cuddle. Would do best in a 1 floor house. Can do stairs but can struggle, can't do uncarpeted ones. She takes a little to warm up to other animals but does warm up. Would be good in best in a 1 floor household. Only thing with her CH is she walks wobbly. Occasionally will make a small mess with the litter box but not a daily or even weekly occurrence. Small rehoming fee for both, as we don't want them going for bait! Text with any questions
