Need Reliable guys Immediately to provide help in Renovating Properties all over the KC metro area. Needed now. Currently have properties in Leavenworth KS, Independence MO, Kansas City MO, and more coming. Painting, flooring, drywall, landscaping, debris removal, ect all services related to renovation of rental properties. We only work on single family houses. Need reliable, honest, hard working, on time workers. Willing to train but prefer some experience. This is a subcontractor 1099 position. Flexible hours and will raise pay weekly depending on the things mentioned above. Paid weekly. Will not get 1st paycheck til 2 weeks after start date and then weekly after. Willing to give small pay advances if needed for gas etc til receive first paycheck. We don't care how much experience you say you have or how hard you work or how fast you learn, we want to see it. So best way to get a response is to text me.. We will allow you to start tomorrow and see how you do & how you like it and if you are catching on. We are here to help and show you the right way and want you to do well and we are looking to form a long term partnership or short term if that is what you prefer. We even have guys that go to school or work other jobs and use this as a side job. Hours can be flexible if you need them to be as long as progress is being made. So first week pay will be $16 an hour After that depending on how well you do you will move up $1 a week. We also offer bonuses on completion of each property. We watch our guys and notice and acknowledge their hard work and try our best to compensate you for that. We use clock in software that has GPS locator and clocks your hours and pay so you know what you are getting each week. Only serious inquiries please! Need help right away!!
