Trio looking to expand - seeking multiple musicians

Vocalist/rhythm guitar, bassist & drummer looking to fill out our sound for our larger venues. We do about 60% covers/40% originals in the Americana/Progressive Folk/Classic Country styles, and occasionally step outside the genres. We rehearse in Albany, once weekly until the sets are solid. After that, we rehearse only when we feel inspired to add new material. We no longer seek out bar gigs, but more of a larger venue/festival circuit/private events/house concerts. We have some good fill in musicians but are finding it challenging being able to freely book gigs as they currently have a first commitment elsewhere and the logistics are problematic. We understand a great musician can do any genre, but we have found it works best if you truly are excited about this type of music from the start. Seeking any or all of the following - lead and/or harmony vocals a strong plus. Over 40, please. ~Lead guitarist - slide/dobro a plus- lead guitarist should have a comfortable stage presence. ~Steel guitar ~Mandolin, banjo, and/or fiddle We are a very easy-going, collaborative, focused group who have been working together for a while.
