Sawmill Valley Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for our properties located at Michigan Ave/ Beech Daly. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance at our residential buildings.
The successful candidate must have experience with building and maintenance systems, as well as a solid knowledge of heating, plumbing, light electrical, basic carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance in a residential community setting.
The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for the completion of routine and preventive maintenance programs at the direction of the Property Manager.
The ideal candidate should live within 30 minutes of the property. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
